Still in the mode of spring, despite waking up to a layer of snow outside, I decided to keep with the fruity pineapple theme. That and I had a lot of pineapple and grenadine to use. So I decided to take a spin on a tequila sunrise.
You will need:
1 .5 oz Tequila (José Cuervo Silver)
1 oz Triple Sec (Jacquin’s)
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz grenadine
Combine tequila, triple sec, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in a glass with ice and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
